Croda to Buy Seed Enhancement Company Incotec

Croda International Plc, a specialty chemical manufacturer will acquire Incotec Group BV, an independent seed enhancement business headquartered in The Netherlands.

The €155 million acquisition (U.S. $164.22 million), is expected to complete on December 4, 2015.Operating in one of the fastest growing segments within the crop care market, Incotec develops and supplies a wide range of proprietary and sustainable technologies for both vegetable seeds and field crops.
