Stockton’s Timorex Gold Launched in Philippines
18 January 2016 Stockton Israel, a developer of plant-based biopesticides, announced that its flagship product, Timorex Gold is now available in the Philippines for the control of Black Sigatoka in conventional and organic production of banana.
Last week, Stockton Agrimor Philippines Inc. launched its product Timorex Gold as the first registered organic fungicide in the country. Among a full house of guests who also attended the launch were key decision makers of the industry, the company said.
Agriculture Secretary Proceso Alcala was the guest speaker of honor at the event, who commented, “The Philippines now have a green effective solution for the control of this devastating costly disease,” he explained. “Banana growers will now be able to meet the exportation requirements for residue-free bananas.”
