Hubei Xingfa Moves North American Headquarters

Hubei Xingfa, a Fortune China 500 company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the largest manufacturer of specialty phosphates in China, announced it has moved its North American headquarters from Naperville to an office space triple the size in Schaumburg, Illinois.

The move supports increasing demand for phosphates in Xingfa’s Food & Beverage, Pharma & Nutrition, Agriculture and Industrial Specialties segments.

“This recent investment underscores Xingfa’s commitment to our current and prospective customers and is a direct result of the company’s accelerated growth in the U.S.,” said J. Bryan Kitchen, Xingfa’s president of North America. “Our new headquarters will comfortably support the growth of our most precious assets, our customers and employees, for years to come.”

Xingfa’s new headquarters is in the Woodfield Preserve Office Center, a highly regarded office complex in Chicago’s northwest suburbs. The Center’s scenic views and modern design encourage a collaborative and inspiring work environment. The new headquarters is about triple the size of its previous location and features two, six-story buildings with nearly 650,000 square feet of space and 9-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows.

Both “Class A” buildings have earned the Energy Star® — the most recognized symbol for energy efficiency in the world — due to design and equipment specifications in addition to continued efforts to reduce energy consumption. The Center achieves a smaller carbon footprint by supporting a sustainable maintenance program that uses eco-friendly cleaning products.
