Proficol Acquires Two Ecuadorian Companies

Colombia-based Proficol is owned by Colombian investors and Makhteshim Agan Industries of Israel, and is one of the main producers and distributors of crops protection products in the Andean Region, as well as one of the leading global manufacturers of propanil, the main herbicide for rice, marketed in the US, Europe, and Asia through its affiliate, RiceCo LLC.
