Active Ingredients Affected by U.S.-China Trade War

Jim DeLisi, President of Fanwood Chemical, has provided a list of the active ingredients in Tranche 3 that are affected by the latest move in the U.S.-China trade war, as well as the actives on the proposed Tranche 4 list. See the list here.

Last week, the U.S. Trade Representative announced the U.S. would raise an existing 10-percent tax on many Chinese imports, including many agrichemicals, to 25 percent.

“The rate of additional duty will increase to 25 percent with respect to products covered by the September 2018 action on May 10, 2019,” the Federal Register notice stated.
