Cada empresa tendr\u00e1 una participaci\u00f3n de 50% en la propiedad de la empresa conjunta.<\/p>\n<p>Las dos empresas tambi\u00e9n acordaron otorgar licencias cruzadas sobre determinadas caracter\u00edsticas del ma\u00edz y la soja que cada empresa comercializar\u00e1 de forma independiente.<\/p>\n<p>GreenLeaf Genetics tendr\u00e1 su sede en Omaha, Nebraska, EE. UU., Y estar\u00e1 dirigida por Ron Wulfkuhle, actual director del negocio GreenLeaf Genetics de Syngenta.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de los acuerdos de licencia cruzada, Syngenta tambi\u00e9n recibe una licencia global para el rasgo de tolerancia al herbicida glifosato \/ ALS Optimum GAT de DuPont para soja y ma\u00edz, que se espera reciba aprobaciones regulatorias en o alrededor de 2009.
