Polonia ha violado su obligaci\u00f3n hacia la UE en relaci\u00f3n con los organismos modificados gen\u00e9ticamente (OGM), ha declarado el Tribunal de Justicia de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, seg\u00fan Mercado polaco en l\u00ednea<\/a>. Polonia, que ha estado luchando por convertirse en una zona libre de OMG, hab\u00eda estado en disputa con la Comisi\u00f3n Europea sobre los OMG durante a\u00f1os. En abril de 2006, el pa\u00eds aprob\u00f3 una ley que proh\u00edbe las semillas transg\u00e9nicas.<\/p>\n

Luego, en noviembre de 2008, Polonia adopt\u00f3 otra pol\u00edtica que bloquea los alimentos transg\u00e9nicos, permitiendo el cultivo de transg\u00e9nicos solo en laboratorios y prohibiendo todo el comercio de transg\u00e9nicos.
