Los primeros resultados indican mejoras en la estabilidad y la cobertura de la pulverizaci\u00f3n cuando se aplican adyuvantes en vol\u00famenes ultrabajos, incluso con formulaciones de alta concentraci\u00f3n como cobre o azufre.<\/p>\n<p>En Brasil, los ensayos se centran en cultivos a gran escala como la soja y el ma\u00edz. Las actividades de investigaci\u00f3n incluyen la aplicaci\u00f3n de fungicidas, insecticidas y herbicidas, con especial \u00e9nfasis en comprender el comportamiento de las gotas y minimizar su desplazamiento fuera del objetivo. Se han utilizado ensayos en t\u00faneles de viento para simular condiciones controladas de flujo de aire, lo que permite a los investigadores evaluar el rendimiento de la reducci\u00f3n de la deriva bajo diversos par\u00e1metros, como el tipo de boquilla, la presi\u00f3n y la formulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Un primer prototipo mostr\u00f3 una reducci\u00f3n de las gotas m\u00e1s finas formadas por la formulaci\u00f3n del herbicida SL de 35% a 63%, dependiendo de la boquilla y la presi\u00f3n, una reducci\u00f3n de la deriva e\u00f3lica de 40% a 57% y, simult\u00e1neamente, una reducci\u00f3n de 2,5 veces la espuma producida durante la mezcla a alta velocidad. Estos estudios han permitido identificar formulaciones adyuvantes prometedoras con un rendimiento de pulverizaci\u00f3n mejorado.<\/p>\n<p>La siguiente fase del proyecto se centrar\u00e1 en ensayos de campo para cuantificar los beneficios en t\u00e9rminos de dep\u00f3sito, cobertura y eficacia, junto con pruebas de compatibilidad continuas entre diferentes productos fitosanitarios.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de Rovensa Next, la empresa ha desarrollado una soluci\u00f3n para el mercado brasile\u00f1o, basada en derivados naturales del petr\u00f3leo, que act\u00faa como coadyuvante antideriva, antiespumante, dispersante y penetrante, con el objetivo de expandirla globalmente a otros mercados. Este nuevo desarrollo, que ha mostrado resultados positivos a escala de laboratorio, se est\u00e1 probando actualmente en condiciones de campo y pronto se incluir\u00e1 en la amplia cartera de adyuvantes de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los aspectos m\u00e1s innovadores de la investigaci\u00f3n es su enfoque en los Disolventes Eut\u00e9cticos Profundos Naturales (NADES), mezclas l\u00edquidas naturales y biodegradables elaboradas con ingredientes vegetales. El proyecto estudia por primera vez el comportamiento de los adyuvantes basados en NADES al aplicarse con drones a vol\u00famenes muy bajos, incluyendo si mantienen la uniformidad de la pulverizaci\u00f3n, c\u00f3mo interact\u00faan con las superficies de las plantas o c\u00f3mo pueden reducir la deriva indeseada.
