Los impuestos est\u00e1n altos. Las empresas est\u00e1n intentando reducir sus acciones. China contin\u00faa produciendo, por lo que sus precios previstos pueden seguir bajando, superando a otras empresas. Ante estos dif\u00edciles desaf\u00edos, puede que incremente el p\u00e1nico, pero existe una salida.<\/p>\n<p>Voy a compartir con ustedes algunos consejos que recib\u00ed de uno de nuestros miembros del consejo asesor de <strong>AgriBusiness Global<\/strong>\u2019Los miembros del consejo asesor, Daniel Traverso, vicepresidente de <a href=\"https:\/\/anasac.com\/internacional\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Corporaci\u00f3n Internacional Anasac<\/a> y Director de Anasac Colombia Ltd. y Anasac M\u00e9xico. En una conversaci\u00f3n reciente, comparti\u00f3 perspectivas sobre M\u00e9xico y Centroam\u00e9rica y ofreci\u00f3 consejos para superar un a\u00f1o dif\u00edcil.<\/p>\n<p>Traverso dice que si bien las estrategias de algunas empresas se centran en la cantidad de productos que venden a precios m\u00e1s bajos, hay otra manera. Algunas empresas se centran en el valor de los productos, como la innovaci\u00f3n y ofrecer algo diferente a un nicho de mercado.<\/p>\n<p>Utilizando a M\u00e9xico y Am\u00e9rica Central como ejemplo de nichos de mercado, Traverso dice que a M\u00e9xico le est\u00e1 yendo muy bien como exportador de frutas y verduras, especialmente por su ubicaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica en Estados Unidos. Los pa\u00edses centroamericanos tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n exportando cultivos especiales. Dado que la agricultura prospera en esta regi\u00f3n, los productores necesitan apoyo y existen oportunidades de protecci\u00f3n de cultivos si las busca.<\/p>\n<p>Traverso explica que cuando hay exceso de oferta en el mercado, es el momento de buscar. Las empresas deber\u00edan buscar productores con un cultivo y una necesidad espec\u00edficos, y luego ofrecerles su producto innovador. Su filosof\u00eda es: \u201cPa\u00eds por pa\u00eds. Cliente por cliente\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Esto requiere m\u00e1s trabajo ya que es una estrategia para encontrar un nicho espec\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p>\"Hay que tener m\u00e1s cuidado\", comenta Traverso. \u201cHay que elegir los mejores distribuidores, los mejores cultivos y los mejores segmentos de mercado. Este es el momento de ir despacio e invertir en un \u00e1rea de nicho. Hay buenas oportunidades\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Su estrategia para encontrar nichos de mercado se basa en los cambios en la industria ocurridos en los \u00faltimos 15 a\u00f1os. Anteriormente, hab\u00eda menos empresas de protecci\u00f3n de cultivos en Latinoam\u00e9rica y era m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil hacer negocios. Las empresas pod\u00edan introducir sus productos en el mercado y se vend\u00edan.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora, se trata m\u00e1s del canal que del portafolio de una empresa. Las multinacionales est\u00e1n adquiriendo distribuidores para llegar a los productores. Su empresa deber\u00eda abordar las siguientes preguntas ante estos desarrollos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo vas a comercializar?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo le vas a contar tu historia al productor?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo va a apoyar al productor despu\u00e9s de que compre su producto?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Encontrar el distribuidor adecuado es dif\u00edcil, pero aqu\u00ed es tambi\u00e9n donde debe centrarse y esforzarse en la b\u00fasqueda de la relaci\u00f3n adecuada. Encontrar ese distribuidor, que tenga avances con los productores y conocimientos sobre cu\u00e1les son las brechas en el mercado, ser\u00e1 un gran beneficio para hacer negocios en tiempos dif\u00edciles.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Las relaciones son importantes&quot;, dice Traverso. \u201cTrabajamos con seres vivos: cultivos, enfermedades, plagas y malezas. Una buena soluci\u00f3n hoy puede no serlo ma\u00f1ana, porque los seres vivos cambian. Algunas recomendaciones funcionan bien durante cinco o seis a\u00f1os, pero surge resistencia. Las relaciones y la comunicaci\u00f3n son importantes para saber lo que los agricultores necesitan hoy\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Traverso cree que en cada pa\u00eds hay una oportunidad. M\u00e9xico est\u00e1 creciendo en sus exportaciones.
