Crecer\u00e1 a una tasa compuesta anual de 9,38% durante este per\u00edodo, afirma el informe.<\/p>\n<p>La mayor parte de este crecimiento ser\u00e1 impulsado por la creciente demanda de productos org\u00e1nicos y biol\u00f3gicos por parte de los consumidores, y un creciente enfoque en las estrategias de protecci\u00f3n de cultivos, a\u00f1ade otro informe por Global News Wire.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, el mercado mundial de biopesticidas est\u00e1 creciendo a un ritmo de 14,61 TP3T, comenta Dr. Sanjay Patidar, fundador de Growtech Agri Science and Research Pvt Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>La incapacidad de los pesticidas qu\u00edmicos de detener la erosi\u00f3n del suelo y de controlar los pat\u00f3genos y otras enfermedades originados en el suelo est\u00e1 haciendo de los biopesticidas una soluci\u00f3n ideal para los agricultores de todo el mundo, a\u00f1ade.<\/p>\n<p>El aumento de las exportaciones de frutas y verduras, junto con la creciente concienciaci\u00f3n de los agricultores sobre la bioeficacia de los biopesticidas, la implementaci\u00f3n de MIP, la entrada de multinacionales en el sector de los biopesticidas y el aumento de la superficie cultivada org\u00e1nica, tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n impulsando este crecimiento, afirma Narsimha Rao Kothapalli, vicepresidente y director de exportaciones de Coromandel International.<strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0empresa que ha estado trabajando en el mercado de biopesticidas desde el a\u00f1o 2000. \"Tenemos una participaci\u00f3n de mercado de 60% a nivel mundial en Azadiractina y actualmente comercializamos el producto en 42 pa\u00edses\", dice Kothapalli.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Microbios que impulsan el crecimiento<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Existe un inter\u00e9s renovado en los biopesticidas microbianos que est\u00e1 impulsando a las empresas a desarrollar productos nuevos e innovadores. El sector domin\u00f3 la industria de biopesticidas de la India en 2021 y se prev\u00e9 que crecer\u00e1 a una tasa de crecimiento anual compuesta (CAGR) de 13,81 TP3T. Su popularidad aumentar\u00e1 debido a la mejora de la calidad de los cultivos y a la protecci\u00f3n contra ataques externos de bacterias, hongos y otros contaminantes.<\/p>\n<p>Coromandel International tambi\u00e9n ha desarrollado una amplia gama de biopesticidas microbianos para ofrecer a los agricultores una excelente relaci\u00f3n calidad-precio. Uno de sus productos m\u00e1s destacados es Neemazal 1% (Aza 1% EC), elaborado con Aza Technical de m\u00e1xima pureza. Este producto presenta el menor contenido de aflatoxinas entre los insecticidas t\u00e9cnicos. Se trata de un insecticida de amplio espectro utilizado para el control de m\u00e1s de 60 plagas de insectos en 100 cultivos.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Segmentaci\u00f3n de mercado<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El mercado indio de biopesticidas se divide en los segmentos de biofungicidas, bioherbicidas y bioinsecticidas. De ellos, el segmento de los bioinsecticidas est\u00e1 creciendo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente debido al clima tropical del pa\u00eds, afirma Kothapalli. El uso de nematicidas tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 aumentando, especialmente en los invernaderos y en la industria de la floricultura, a\u00f1ade.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Aplicaciones<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En India, el 90% de los biopesticidas se utiliza para la aplicaci\u00f3n foliar, afirma Kothapalli. El pa\u00eds ofrece 970 productos registrados en la Junta Central de Insecticidas y el Comit\u00e9 de Registro (CIBRC). Produce aproximadamente 29% (bacteriano), 66% (f\u00fangico), 4% (viral) y 1% de otros biopesticidas (a base de plantas, a base de feromonas) respectivamente.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>India utiliza el biopesticida 80% en el sector de frutas y verduras, seguido de las semillas oleaginosas y los cereales. Coromandel se centra en el mismo sector, seg\u00fan Kothapalli.<\/p>\n<p>Los productos f\u00fangicos tienen el mayor porcentaje de participaci\u00f3n en los biopesticidas en la India. Las empresas utilizan diversas cepas de Trichoderma como biopesticidas f\u00fangicos. Un l\u00edder en esto es Growtech Agriscience and Research, que utiliza varios productos a base de Trichoderma, tales como: <em>trichoderma viridae, trichoderma harzianum, bacilo subtilis<\/em>, etc. \u201cNuestros productos se utilizan principalmente para aplicaci\u00f3n al suelo y aplicaci\u00f3n foliar. Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n se pueden utilizar en riego por goteo y como gr\u00e1nulos\u201d, dice Patidar.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente existen en el mercado 355 biopesticidas a base de tricodermia. Sin embargo, s\u00f3lo dos de estas especies se han relacionado con actividades de biocontrol registradas.<\/p>\n<p>Anualmente el uso de biopesticidas bacterianos est\u00e1 aumentando a 10%,  Bacillus thuringiensis representando alrededor de 15% de todos los biopesticidas bacterianos. Por otro lado, el uso de biopesticidas virales, basados en virus de nucleopoliedrosis (NPV), es relativamente bajo. Este tipo de biopesticidas se utiliza principalmente para el biocontrol de\u00a0<u><em>helicoverpa armigera\u00a0<\/em><\/u>en India<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Los patrones de consumo<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Seg\u00fan un informe de ResearchGate, Maharashtra utiliza la cantidad m\u00e1xima de biopesticidas, mientras que Goa utiliza la m\u00ednima. El consumo general de biopesticidas ha aumentado considerablemente en Rajasthan y Andhra Pradesh, mientras que ha disminuido dr\u00e1sticamente en Orissa. En 2022, Maharashtra, Bengala Occidental y Karnataka consumieron la mayor cantidad de biopesticidas, con 5549, 4416 y 3478 TM cada uno, mientras que Himachal Pradesh y Goa consumieron la menor cantidad, con 36 y 38 TM cada uno.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Retos mayores<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A nivel mundial, la naturaleza ambientalmente benigna y la especificidad de los bioplaguicidas est\u00e1n ganando gran popularidad. Sin embargo, en pa\u00edses en desarrollo como la India, el uso de biopesticidas es todav\u00eda min\u00fasculo en comparaci\u00f3n con los pesticidas qu\u00edmicos convencionales. Aunque el gobierno indio ha lanzado una variedad de estrategias para aumentar el uso de biopesticidas a nivel local, el segmento a\u00fan enfrenta muchos desaf\u00edos. La menor adaptabilidad y el menor inter\u00e9s de los productores son motivo de gran preocupaci\u00f3n. Los desaf\u00edos tecnol\u00f3gicos relacionados con la producci\u00f3n, los fabricantes y la aplicaci\u00f3n en los agroecosistemas tambi\u00e9n plantean dudas sobre su sostenibilidad a largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p>Otro desaf\u00edo que enfrenta el mercado de biopesticidas en la India incluye la falta de cognici\u00f3n entre la comunidad de productores. \"La falta de concienciaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 provocando que la adaptabilidad de los biopesticidas en la India siga siendo baja\", afirma Patidar.<\/p>\n<p>El mercado indio de biopesticidas est\u00e1 fragmentado: las cinco principales empresas ocupan una participaci\u00f3n de 9.83%. Los principales actores en este mercado incluyen Coromandel International Ltd, GrowTech Agri Science Pvt Ltd, Gujarat State Fertilizers &amp; Chemicals Ltd, IPL Biologicals Ltd y T.Stanes and Company Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>De estos, la mayor parte corresponde a Coromandel International, cuyos productos ofrecen no solo una vida \u00fatil mejorada de 6 meses a 2 a\u00f1os, sino tambi\u00e9n un mejor recuento de esporas para biopesticidas microbianos y una tecnolog\u00eda de formulaci\u00f3n superior para brindar mayor bioeficacia y vida \u00fatil. Actualmente, Coromandel vende sus productos a trav\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de 750 tiendas en Andhra Pradesh, Telangana y Karnataka, y a trav\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de 10\u00a0000 distribuidores en todo el pa\u00eds. \u201cNuestro equipo de agr\u00f3nomos especializados visita a los agricultores diariamente y les asesora sobre el uso de insumos agr\u00edcolas para mejorar la productividad de sus cultivos\u201d, afirma Kothapalli. Estos productos tienen principalmente aplicaci\u00f3n suelo y foliar.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Perspectivas de futuro<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Coromandel prev\u00e9 que el mercado indio de biopesticidas crezca a una tasa de crecimiento anual compuesta (TCAC) del 131% en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os. \u201cEstamos reforzando nuestra I+D para garantizar la continuidad de nuestros productos durante los pr\u00f3ximos 10 a\u00f1os.
