Michel Riva ha sido nombrado Presidente del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de Grupo Andermatt<\/a>. El cofundador, el Dr. Martin Andermatt, se retira tras muchos a\u00f1os en el cargo y seguir\u00e1 siendo miembro del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n. Aprobada en la Junta General Anual de mayo de 2026, esta transici\u00f3n marca un hito importante en la historia de la empresa.<\/p>\n

El Grupo Andermatt, con sede en Grossdietwil, en el cant\u00f3n de Lucerna, alcanza un hito en su historia empresarial. Por primera vez desde su fundaci\u00f3n en 1988 por el Dr. Martin y la Dra. Isabel Andermatt, la presidencia del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 a cargo de una persona ajena a la familia fundadora. En la Asamblea General Anual celebrada en mayo de 2026, Michel Riva fue elegido nuevo presidente del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Lo que comenz\u00f3 como una visi\u00f3n empresarial en 1988 se ha convertido en una empresa internacional con m\u00e1s de 600 empleados en m\u00e1s de 20 pa\u00edses. Este \u00e9xito refleja d\u00e9cadas de dedicaci\u00f3n, valent\u00eda empresarial y un firme compromiso con valores claros. Con esta transici\u00f3n en la Presidencia del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n, Andermatt Group AG refuerza las bases para un crecimiento sostenible y continuo.<\/p>\n
