Se trata de uno de los pocos casos en los que el componente biol\u00f3gico no se a\u00f1ade al fertilizante en el dep\u00f3sito, sino que se integra en \u00e9l durante la fase de producci\u00f3n, y ha recorrido todo el camino desde una cepa de laboratorio hasta un producto comercial.<\/p>\n<h2>Cronograma del proyecto<\/h2>\n<p><strong>2020.<\/strong> BTU (una empresa de biotecnolog\u00eda con su propia colecci\u00f3n de microorganismos) y BINFIELD (un productor de fertilizantes minerales) se propusieron un objetivo com\u00fan: crear un fertilizante complejo que no solo contuviera N, P y K, sino que tambi\u00e9n activara la disponibilidad de estos elementos a partir de las reservas del propio suelo. La idea: integrar movilizadores de f\u00f3sforo y potasio directamente en el gr\u00e1nulo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2020\u20132024.<\/strong> La etapa de I+D. Se analizaron m\u00e1s de diez cepas en el museo de microorganismos de BTU. El consorcio microbiano final comprende cinco especies: <em>Bacillus subtilis <\/em>y <em>Bacillus licheniformis, Paenibacillus mucilaginosus <\/em>y <em>Paenibacillus polymyxa, <\/em>y <em>Priestia megaterium.<\/em> Cada grupo desempe\u00f1a su propio papel: los bacilos estimulan el crecimiento y la inmunidad de las plantas, act\u00faan como antagonistas de hongos y bacterias pat\u00f3genas y movilizan f\u00f3sforo; las cepas de Paenibacillus producen fosfatasa, fitohormonas y un amplio espectro de enzimas l\u00edticas; <em>Sacerdotisa<\/em> <em>megatercio<\/em> Libera f\u00f3sforo de sus formas ligadas y produce silicasa, una enzima que aumenta la movilidad del silicio y el potasio. Paralelamente, se perfeccion\u00f3 la tecnolog\u00eda de aplicaci\u00f3n: c\u00f3mo distribuir el consorcio de manera uniforme sobre la superficie del gr\u00e1nulo, c\u00f3mo mantener la viabilidad de las bacterias dentro del fertilizante final y c\u00f3mo lograr que el proceso sea reproducible a escala industrial.<\/p>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica clave fue el uso de esporas bacterianas. Gracias a su cubierta multicapa, las esporas resisten la presi\u00f3n osm\u00f3tica del fertilizante mineral y se mantienen viables hasta por 12 meses en un rango de temperatura de 6 a 30 \u00b0C. Esto permite almacenar y transportar el producto en condiciones t\u00edpicas de la agricultura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2024\u20132025.<\/strong> Ensayos de campo realizados bajo diversas condiciones de suelo y clima. Se registr\u00f3 un aumento constante en el rendimiento: soja \u2014 +0,25 t\/ha, ma\u00edz \u2014 +0,3 t\/ha, trigo de invierno \u2014 +0,35 t\/ha, girasol \u2014 +0,3 t\/ha. Los resultados se confirmaron mediante el mapeo del rendimiento de la cosechadora.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2025.<\/strong> El lanzamiento de la producci\u00f3n industrial. El desarrollo tom\u00f3 forma comercial bajo el nombre de FERTIS ACTIVE NPK.<\/p>\n<h2>Por qu\u00e9 es importante para la industria<\/h2>\n<p>El recubrimiento de los gr\u00e1nulos con agentes biol\u00f3gicos representa un principio diferente para el aprovechamiento de los recursos del suelo. En lugar de aumentar la dosis de fertilizante, permite incrementar la eficiencia de uso de los nutrientes presentes en el suelo, pero inaccesibles para las plantas en formas dif\u00edciles de absorber. La flexibilidad de la tecnolog\u00eda permite adaptarla a diferentes grados de fertilizante y personalizar la composici\u00f3n del consorcio microbiano seg\u00fan el perfil agroqu\u00edmico de cada suelo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl proyecto conjunto con BINFIELD confirm\u00f3 que la combinaci\u00f3n de un fertilizante mineral y un componente microbiol\u00f3gico en un solo producto ofrece a los agricultores un nuevo nivel de eficiencia. Para BTU, esto confirma que las soluciones biol\u00f3gicas no pueden ser un complemento, sino una parte integral de las tecnolog\u00edas agr\u00edcolas modernas\u201d, declar\u00f3 Vladyslav Bolokhovskyi, director ejecutivo y cofundador de la empresa de biotecnolog\u00eda BTU.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCinco a\u00f1os de trabajo demostraron lo fundamental: la tecnolog\u00eda funciona no solo en el laboratorio ni en un solo cultivo.
