Seufert, que se jubilar\u00e1 a partir del 30 de septiembre, ser\u00e1 reemplazado por Jacques Delmoitiez, actual presidente de la divisi\u00f3n de poliuretanos de BASF ubicada en Bruselas, B\u00e9lgica. Delmoitiez ser\u00e1 reemplazado por Wayne T. Smith, actual presidente de la divisi\u00f3n de catalizadores de BASF ubicada en Iselin, Nueva Jersey, EE. UU. Frank A.
