SHANGHAI - Sinochem, o China National Chemicals Import & Export Corp., ha reducido su oferta por la empresa australiana de productos qu\u00edmicos agr\u00edcolas Nufarm de US$11.44 por acci\u00f3n a $10.54 por acci\u00f3n, valorando la compa\u00f1\u00eda total en $2.284 mil millones.<\/p>\n

Sinochem tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de evaluar los resultados de su debida diligencia. El directorio de Nufarm ahora est\u00e1 buscando aclaraciones sobre las condiciones relacionadas con la oferta revisada de Sinochem y revisar\u00e1 todas las opciones disponibles para generar la m\u00e1xima rentabilidad para los accionistas de la empresa.<\/p>\n
