Con sede en EE. UU. Monsanto Corp. <\/a>ha presentado un ma\u00edz gen\u00e9ticamente modificado (GM), que fue creado en colaboraci\u00f3n con el especialista en biotecnolog\u00eda vegetal con sede en Alemania BASF<\/a>, a la Administraci\u00f3n de Drogas y Alimentos para su aprobaci\u00f3n regulatoria. Monsanto dice que el ma\u00edz, que "restablecer\u00e1 el list\u00f3n" en la productividad agr\u00edcola, ha pasado a la cuarta y \u00faltima etapa de desarrollo y podr\u00eda alcanzar el uso comercial en dos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n
