Los productos fitosanitarios falsificados no provienen de China. De acuerdo, tal vez s\u00ed, pero no se exportan como falsificaciones. Las empresas chinas, en general, exportan productos legales a compradores globales, que luego utilizan los ingredientes activos de los formuladores chinos para crear productos falsificados con nuevos envases, seg\u00fan D'Arcy Quinn, director de lucha contra la falsificaci\u00f3n de CropLife International<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Quinn cit\u00f3 un incidente en Ucrania donde los funcionarios incautaron 560 toneladas de productos qu\u00edmicos supuestamente enviados a la mafia ucraniana en Odessa. Env\u00edos tan grandes deber\u00edan ser una alerta para los productores chinos de que es posible que no est\u00e9n trabajando con socios comerciales cre\u00edbles. En los \u00faltimos tres meses se han incautado algunos env\u00edos en Paraguay por un total de m\u00e1s de 100 toneladas, que es m\u00e1s de lo que el pa\u00eds puede utilizar, dice Quinn.<\/p>\n

\u201cEste problema no tiene nada que ver con los derechos de propiedad internacional y todo que ver con las buenas pr\u00e1cticas comerciales y la transparencia en el env\u00edo para que podamos proteger el mercado de exportaci\u00f3n en China\u201d, dice.<\/p>\n

CropLife International ha establecido un programa para ayudar a los exportadores a conocer a sus socios comerciales. El programa incluye una base de datos de compradores il\u00edcitos y un m\u00f3dulo que analiza los perfiles de los compradores para ayudar a determinar si son leg\u00edtimos.
