Casi todo el mundo, en casi todas las comunicaciones comerciales, habla de la importancia de agregar valor a sus productos a trav\u00e9s del servicio, el soporte o algunas cualidades especiales que brindan y que sus competidores no brindan. Basta para hacer pensar que \u201cvalor\u201d se ha convertido en un clich\u00e9 gastado, un t\u00e9rmino tan usado en exceso y mal definido que ha sido vaciado de todo significado real. <\/p>\n<p> Cuando todos dicen exactamente lo mismo, puede estar bastante seguro de que no dicen nada. \u00bfCu\u00e1ndo fue la \u00faltima vez que escuch\u00f3 a alguien atacar el valor o caracterizar su modelo de negocio como uno que apunta a restar valor u ofrecer una l\u00ednea de productos con valor disminuido?
