Evogene Ltd y Monsanto<\/a> La compa\u00f1\u00eda anunci\u00f3 la finalizaci\u00f3n exitosa del tercer a\u00f1o de su colaboraci\u00f3n en investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo, seg\u00fan un comunicado.<\/p>\n

El objetivo de este acuerdo de colaboraci\u00f3n de cinco a\u00f1os es descubrir genes que podr\u00edan mejorar el rendimiento de los cultivos de los agricultores de ma\u00edz, soja, algod\u00f3n y canola, seg\u00fan las empresas. Bajo la colaboraci\u00f3n, Evogene se enfoca en identificar genes clave de plantas relacionados con el rendimiento, el estr\u00e9s ambiental y la utilizaci\u00f3n de fertilizantes para una mayor evaluaci\u00f3n y desarrollo potencial y comercializaci\u00f3n por parte de Monsanto.<\/p>\n

Durante los tres a\u00f1os iniciales de trabajo colaborativo, Evogene utiliz\u00f3 su tecnolog\u00eda de gen\u00f3mica computacional, ATHLETE, para descubrir genes, predecir y proporcionar validaci\u00f3n en plantas modelo, para abordar los objetivos de la colaboraci\u00f3n.
