La ciencia es la informaci\u00f3n que se esconde detr\u00e1s de lo que te hace un buen ajuste con un cliente. La ciencia tiene sentido al alinear las necesidades comerciales mutuas. Es cuantificable y, a menudo, incluye carteras de productos, log\u00edstica, estructuras de precios, condiciones de pago y todos los dem\u00e1s detalles que forman parte de un contrato.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e1 claro que las relaciones comerciales se componen de innumerables componentes, tanto tangibles como intangibles, pero probablemente el m\u00e1s importante sea la confiabilidad.
