La empresa se fund\u00f3 en 1966 y actualmente cuenta con unos 180 empleados.<\/p>\n<p>La venta de las actividades de fertilizantes de BASF en Amberes, B\u00e9lgica a EuroChem, anunciada en septiembre de 2011, est\u00e1 en curso seg\u00fan lo previsto, sujeta a la aprobaci\u00f3n de las autoridades antimonopolio correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p>Se espera que el valor total de la transacci\u00f3n para ambos acuerdos sea de aproximadamente $900 millones.
