Se ha ordenado a Viet Duc Ltd., un fabricante de protecci\u00f3n de cultivos de Vietnam, que retire su producto Natido de los estantes que, seg\u00fan se dictamin\u00f3, infring\u00edan la marca de fungicida de arroz Nativo de Bayer CropScience.<\/p>\n

Los productos infringidos deben retirarse del mercado y ser\u00e1n destruidos. Adem\u00e1s, Viet Duc ya no puede usar la marca Natido y se le orden\u00f3 pagar una multa.<\/p>\n

"Nativo es una marca muy fuerte en Vietnam, y nuestros clientes asocian nuestra marca con alta calidad y eficacia", dijo Torsten Velden, jefe de pa\u00eds de Bayer CropScience para Vietnam en un comunicado. \u201cLa protecci\u00f3n de las marcas registradas es clave para proteger el medio ambiente para la innovaci\u00f3n continua. En febrero de 2012, Bayer solicit\u00f3 al Instituto de Propiedad Intelectual de Vietnam (VIPRI) que examinara si la comercializaci\u00f3n de Natido infring\u00eda su marca comercial Nativo. Despu\u00e9s de una conclusi\u00f3n positiva de VIPRI, Bayer present\u00f3 una petici\u00f3n al Ministerio de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda de Vietnam (MOST) para hacer cumplir y resolver la decisi\u00f3n de VIPRI. Una inspecci\u00f3n in situ de las instalaciones de Viet Duc en la provincia de Kien Giang junto con abogados externos y representantes del MOST y el Departamento de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda en la provincia de Kien Giang confirmaron las acusaciones.<\/p>\n
