No hay cambio de control en Isagro; esto contin\u00faa con Piemme SrL, dijeron las empresas.<\/p>\n<p> En el corto y mediano plazo, Gowan USA y Gowan Italia asumir\u00e1n la distribuci\u00f3n de algunos de los productos patentados de Isagro. \u201cLos dos socios participan por igual en un comit\u00e9 de direcci\u00f3n empresarial para identificar oportunidades de negocio y las sinergias consiguientes para ambas empresas. Una serie de ingredientes activos y colaboraci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica est\u00e1n en la agenda ahora \u201d, dijeron las empresas.<\/p>\n<p> Giorgio Basile, CEO de Isagro, coment\u00f3: \u201cEste convenio refuerza y proyecta en el largo plazo los proyectos industriales de Isagro, tambi\u00e9n gracias al fortalecimiento de su estructura financiera\u201d.<\/p>\n<p> Juli Jessen, CEO de Gowan Group, dijo: \u201cLa alianza se une a la investigaci\u00f3n altamente productiva de Isagro con las botas embarradas de Gowan y el prestigio de cara al mercado.
