Protecci\u00f3n de cultivos de Belchim NV<\/a> y Belchim Management anuncian la finalizaci\u00f3n de la adquisici\u00f3n de las acciones 20% que Productos qu\u00edmicos de FMC sprl<\/a> tiene en Belchim Crop Protection NV. Al final del a\u00f1o fiscal de la empresa (30 de septiembreta<\/sup> 2015), se completar\u00e1 la segunda parte del acuerdo, 10%. La operaci\u00f3n de recompra fue acordada mutuamente por Belchim Management y FMC en diciembre de 2014 a la luz de la adquisici\u00f3n de Cheminova por parte de FMC, a principios de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n
