El uso dom\u00e9stico de 2,4-D butilato y paraquat se eliminar\u00eda gradualmente y se prohibir\u00e1 el uso de flubendiamida en el arroz a partir del 1 de julio de 2018. La exportaci\u00f3n de los plaguicidas en cuesti\u00f3n no se ver\u00e1 afectada.<\/p>\n<p>ICAMA propuso suspender peri\u00f3dicamente la renovaci\u00f3n del registro existente y la aprobaci\u00f3n de una nueva solicitud. Los productores aut\u00f3ctonos de plaguicidas pueden mantener el mercado exterior, ya que se continuar\u00e1 con el registro para fines de exportaci\u00f3n \u00fanicamente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se debe suspender la aceptaci\u00f3n y aprobaci\u00f3n en el seguimiento de campo, la nueva solicitud y la renovaci\u00f3n del registro para uso dom\u00e9stico de todos los productos de butilato de 2,4-D. Los fabricantes de productos de calidad t\u00e9cnica pueden mantener el registro modificando la categor\u00eda de registro para convertirla en un solo prop\u00f3sito de exportaci\u00f3n;<\/li>\n<li>Se suspender\u00e1 la aceptaci\u00f3n y aprobaci\u00f3n de la prueba de campo, la nueva solicitud y la renovaci\u00f3n del registro de todos los pesticidas dicofol. En vista de que la fabricaci\u00f3n aut\u00f3ctona de dicofol t\u00e9cnico ha cesado desde mayo de 2014, todos los productos formulados registrados tendr\u00e1n una fecha de vencimiento unificada el 30 de junio de 2016 y el uso dom\u00e9stico y la comercializaci\u00f3n de dicofol finalizar\u00e1n el 1 de julio de 2018;<\/li>\n<li>La clasificaci\u00f3n toxicol\u00f3gica del paraquat ser\u00e1 calificada como \u201caltamente t\u00f3xica\u201d. La aceptaci\u00f3n y aprobaci\u00f3n del rastro de campo, la nueva solicitud y la renovaci\u00f3n del registro deben suspenderse, con la excepci\u00f3n del registro bajo el prop\u00f3sito exclusivo de exportaci\u00f3n por parte de los fabricantes de grado t\u00e9cnico;<\/li>\n<li>Todos los registros de flubendiamida en arroz deben darse por terminados y, por lo tanto, su uso quedar\u00e1 prohibido a partir del 1 de julio de 2018;<\/li>\n<li>Se debe cancelar el registro de productos de carbonfurano, thimet e isofenfos-metilo en la ca\u00f1a de az\u00facar y se prohibir\u00e1 su uso a partir del 1 de julio de 2018;<\/li>\n<li>El producto de fosfuro de aluminio debe empaquetarse con un empaque de doble capa, asegurando la funci\u00f3n impermeable, a prueba de humedad y a prueba de fugas de gas. La capa interna debe dise\u00f1arse para facilitar la fumigaci\u00f3n y evitar el contacto del producto con la piel.
