El acuerdo fue firmado entre Dirk Putteman y Romano Oresic, respectivos Consejeros Delegados de las dos empresas, el 24 de junio.<sup>ta<\/sup> 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Orchem tiene su sede en Zagreb, Croacia y fue fundada en 2011 por Romano Oresic. Actualmente, la empresa emplea a 12 personas y se enfoca en la distribuci\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n nacional de productos fitosanitarios. Orchem factura y entrega a m\u00e1s de 400 clientes, desde peque\u00f1as tiendas minoristas hasta grandes distribuidores.
