Tras recibir informaci\u00f3n adicional, Bayer elev\u00f3 su oferta en efectivo a los accionistas de Monsanto de $122 a $125 por acci\u00f3n verbalmente el 1 de julio y en una actualizaci\u00f3n. propuesta presentada a Monsanto el 9 de julio.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAdem\u00e1s, ha abordado de manera integral las preguntas de Monsanto sobre asuntos financieros y regulatorios y est\u00e1 preparado para hacer ciertos compromisos con los reguladores, si es necesario, para completar la adquisici\u00f3n propuesta de Monsanto\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Bayer.<\/p>\n<p>Bayer reafirm\u00f3 que su oferta brinda certeza en la transacci\u00f3n y no estar\u00eda sujeta a una condici\u00f3n de financiamiento.
