Isagro y Gowan Crop Protection Limited firmaron un Acuerdo de Licencia y Suministro para la comercializaci\u00f3n y desarrollo a largo plazo del fungicida patentado Kiralaxyl en Europa, fortaleciendo as\u00ed la alianza estrat\u00e9gica entre Isagro y Gowan.<\/p>\n

El acuerdo permite a Gowan ser el licenciatario exclusivo de todas las mezclas de Kiralaxyl, existentes y en desarrollo, en la Uni\u00f3n Europea y Suiza e incluye un procedimiento inicial para Isagro de alrededor de 5 millones de euros ya reflejado en el beneficio marginal proyectado para el conjunto de 2016 tal como se comunic\u00f3 el 14 de noviembre de 2016.<\/p>\n

Gowan Crop Protection Limited (GCP) es una subsidiaria de propiedad total de Gowan Company, LLC, que es una parte relacionada, como socio minoritario en la estructura controladora de Isagro. GCP, ubicado en Harpenden, Inglaterra, administra las operaciones internacionales en expansi\u00f3n de Gowan.<\/p>\n
