Los accionistas que ofertaron sus acciones antes del 4 de mayo de 2017 recibieron la contraprestaci\u00f3n de US$465 por acci\u00f3n, y los tenedores de American Depositary Shares (ADS) que ofertaron sus ADS recibieron US$93 por ADS, el 18 de mayo de 2017. Los accionistas que ofertaron sus acciones o ADS por el final del Per\u00edodo de Aceptaci\u00f3n Adicional el 24 de mayo de 2017 recibir\u00e1 la misma consideraci\u00f3n en el Segundo Acuerdo. Se espera que el Segundo Acuerdo tenga lugar el 7 de junio de 2017.
