En lo que respecta a los plaguicidas, los OTC incluyen reglamentos y medidas de registro de plaguicidas \/ productos qu\u00edmicos relacionados con la seguridad alimentaria, la producci\u00f3n, el medio ambiente y el etiquetado, etc., mientras que SPS se refiere m\u00e1s al establecimiento \/ enmienda \/ exenci\u00f3n \/ cancelaci\u00f3n de LMR, agrupaci\u00f3n de cultivos y otras pr\u00e1cticas agr\u00edcolas o t\u00e9cnicas usos de plaguicidas.<\/p>\n<p>China particip\u00f3 en las actividades de notificaci\u00f3n OTC \/ MSF de la OMC ya en 2003 y ha formado un sistema de respuesta maduro para apoyar el comercio internacional de productos agr\u00edcolas y proteger su producci\u00f3n agr\u00edcola nacional y sus consumidores.
