{"id":61325,"date":"2018-05-29T09:16:11","date_gmt":"2018-05-29T13:16:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.agribusinessglobal.com\/?p=61325"},"modified":"2018-05-29T09:16:11","modified_gmt":"2018-05-29T13:16:11","slug":"major-gnss-project-to-boost-potential-for-satellite-farming-in-brazil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.agribusinessglobal.com\/es\/markets\/americas\/major-gnss-project-to-boost-potential-for-satellite-farming-in-brazil\/","title":{"rendered":"Importante proyecto GNSS para impulsar el potencial de la agricultura &#039;satelital&#039; en Brasil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Universidad de Nottingham est\u00e1 trabajando con socios brasile\u00f1os y de la UE para resolver los problemas de interferencia atmosf\u00e9rica que obstaculizan el posicionamiento basado en sat\u00e9lites en pa\u00edses ecuatoriales como Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>La red de investigaci\u00f3n apoyar\u00e1 el avance de la agricultura de precisi\u00f3n, cuyo objetivo es hacer que las pr\u00e1cticas agr\u00edcolas sean m\u00e1s baratas, m\u00e1s ecol\u00f3gicas y m\u00e1s eficientes, utilizando el posicionamiento por sat\u00e9lite y la teledetecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Estas tecnolog\u00edas se basan en los sistemas globales de navegaci\u00f3n por sat\u00e9lite (GNSS), como el GPS de EE. UU. Y el nuevo equivalente europeo, Galileo, para obtener coordenadas de la Tierra con precisi\u00f3n de cent\u00edmetros. Luego, los agricultores usan estos datos precisos en tiempo real para optimizar el uso de fertilizantes, para dirigir maquinaria sin conductor y para el mapeo del suelo para maximizar la producci\u00f3n de cultivos en un intento por alimentar a una poblaci\u00f3n mundial en constante crecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de su potencial revolucionario, las tasas de adopci\u00f3n de la agricultura de precisi\u00f3n en pa\u00edses de regiones ecuatoriales como Brasil se ven obstaculizadas por fen\u00f3menos espec\u00edficos en la atm\u00f3sfera superior de la tierra (la ionosfera), conocidos como centelleo ionosf\u00e9rico.<\/p>\n<p>El centelleo ionosf\u00e9rico afecta la integridad, disponibilidad y precisi\u00f3n del posicionamiento por sat\u00e9lite. Espec\u00edficamente, causa interferencia con la propagaci\u00f3n de las se\u00f1ales de los sat\u00e9lites a medida que atraviesan la ionosfera, lo que dificulta que los receptores GNSS se fijen en los sat\u00e9lites y rastreen sus se\u00f1ales.
