En su libro, &quot;Agri-Input Marketing in India&quot;, los autores Pingali Venugopal y Ram Kaundinya afirman que las empresas gastan alrededor de 5-7% de los ingresos por ventas en actividades de extracci\u00f3n. Las actividades de extracci\u00f3n se difunden de boca en boca entre los agricultores, muestran los beneficios reales del producto frente a la competencia y tambi\u00e9n generan un conocimiento significativo de la marca.<\/p>\n<p>En mi visita de campo, he observado que los oficiales de campo pasan con mayor frecuencia la primera mitad del d\u00eda (cuando es m\u00e1s probable que los agricultores est\u00e9n ocupados en el trabajo) con actividades de arrastre y la segunda mitad con actividades de empuje.<\/p>\n<p>Comprender el ciclo de vida de un producto agroqu\u00edmico, el conocimiento de la marca y los ingredientes activos utilizados por la competencia lo ayudan a planificar la cadencia de estas actividades de empujar y tirar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Perfil de la aldea<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cuando un Gerente de Territorio asigna actividades de marketing de campo, primero desea identificar las aldeas a las que se dirigir\u00e1. Quiere conocer los principales cultivos que se cultivan en la aldea. Cuando quiere planificar el volumen de ventas objetivo en todas las geograf\u00edas y su distribuci\u00f3n, el \u00e1rea sembrada neta proporciona una mejor perspectiva del proceso de planificaci\u00f3n. Entre otras cosas, te ayuda a ver desde los ojos de un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pulse\/3-things-agri-input-retailers-want-from-agtech-ramachandran\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">minorista de insumos agr\u00edcolas que vende sus productos<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>En mi anterior <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pulse\/3-things-agri-input-retailers-want-from-agtech-ramachandran\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">entrada en el blog<\/a>, Yo hab\u00eda escrito eso<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><em>La mayor\u00eda de los minoristas de insumos agr\u00edcolas tienen un conocimiento sofisticado de los ciclos de cultivo y las condiciones agroclim\u00e1ticas del grupo de aldeas en las que operan. Sin embargo, no conocen las actividades de marketing que realiza el personal de campo de agroqu\u00edmicos. compa\u00f1\u00edas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Aunque los minoristas de insumos agr\u00edcolas no tienen acceso y no necesitan acceso a estos paneles (ya que <em>saber<\/em> a trav\u00e9s de su larga experiencia y c\u00edrculos sociales informales), es importante que los Gerentes de Territorio accedan a estos paneles, antes de planificar que los representantes de campo se re\u00fanan con los minoristas como parte del ritmo diario de estos \u00faltimos.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que hace que este tablero sea m\u00e1s interesante es c\u00f3mo aplica el sistema de puntos a estas \u00e1reas diferenciales de influencia. Si observa el tablero de arriba (poblado con datos ficticios), notar\u00e1 que el n\u00famero de actividades no tiene una relaci\u00f3n de primer orden con la puntuaci\u00f3n que las acompa\u00f1a. La puntuaci\u00f3n adopta un enfoque ponderado teniendo en cuenta el n\u00famero de actividades y la influencia que cada actividad ejerce en el territorio.<\/p>\n<p>En un articulo escrito por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pulse\/product-promotion-indian-agri-industry-bland-blind-pran-arora\/?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_profile_view_base_post_details%3BYYYQeGDfTBOpq17BcyqcAw%3D%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">excelente publicaci\u00f3n de blog<\/a> diagn\u00f3stico de los desaf\u00edos actuales en la promoci\u00f3n de productos en empresas agroqu\u00edmicas art\u00edculo, l\u00edder de la industria <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/pran-arora-0968957a\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pran Arora<\/a> cuestion\u00f3 un supuesto com\u00fan sostenido por las empresas de insumos agr\u00edcolas:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><em>Los esfuerzos de promoci\u00f3n, especialmente estas actividades BTL \/ ATL, nunca han contribuido de manera significativa al \u00e9xito de ninguno de los productos en nuestra industria.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Esto necesita cambiar.
