Cada mercado tiene la responsabilidad total de la ejecuci\u00f3n de todas las actividades locales y de los resultados bajo el liderazgo de los 5 presidentes de mercado. Las funciones del Grupo, bajo el liderazgo de los 5 ejecutivos de funciones del Grupo, son responsables de establecer pol\u00edticas y prioridades y de coordinar su implementaci\u00f3n en todos los Mercados.<\/p>\n<p>Esta matriz de equipo ejecutivo global opera bajo el liderazgo de Kurt Pedersen Kaalund, CEO del Grupo. Stuart Feldstein, actualmente vicepresidente ejecutivo, tambi\u00e9n ocupar\u00e1 el cargo de director ejecutivo adjunto.<\/p>\n<p>Los nuevos roles y nombramientos para funciones de Grupo son:<\/p>\n<p>Douglas (Dak) A.
