SCC adquiri\u00f3 participaci\u00f3n controladora en ECCL<\/a> del Grupo Shroff. Tanto ECCL como SCIPL se dedican al negocio de agroqu\u00edmicos y son subsidiarias indias de SCC. Por tanto, la fusi\u00f3n no supondr\u00e1 un cambio de control de la empresa. Dada la similitud de negocios y el alto grado de complementariedad, ECCL y SCIPL han tomado la decisi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de fusionarse para generar beneficios a largo plazo y lograr sinergias operativas y eficiencias de procesos. Despu\u00e9s de la fusi\u00f3n, SCIPL se convertir\u00e1 en una sociedad an\u00f3nima cotizada.<\/p>\nSe espera que el proceso de fusi\u00f3n se complete, sobre la base de varias aprobaciones que se obtendr\u00e1n, en aproximadamente 8 a 14 meses.
