Por lo tanto, se requieren con urgencia estrategias integrales para controlar y prevenir la CSSV en la regi\u00f3n africana y dependen de una colaboraci\u00f3n internacional eficaz.<\/p>\n<p>Este proyecto, que se ejecutar\u00e1 en Ghana, tiene como objetivo desarrollar y comercializar una soluci\u00f3n para restringir la propagaci\u00f3n de enfermedades y mejorar los enfoques integrados generales para combatir las p\u00e9rdidas causadas por CSSV.<em>. <\/em>La tecnolog\u00eda de plataforma de Rail Vision (ARIES), basada en modelos matem\u00e1ticos y herramientas de software para el an\u00e1lisis de datos de im\u00e1genes de sat\u00e9lites y drones, tiene como objetivo identificar las \u00e1reas ya infectadas con CSSV o las regiones que tienen un alto riesgo de infectarse en el futuro. Otros miembros del consorcio aportar\u00e1n el conocimiento t\u00e9cnico y comercial y las capacidades necesarias para utilizar los datos recopilados por drones y sat\u00e9lites para gestionar y controlar la situaci\u00f3n de la enfermedad. Los ensayos en Ghana ya han demostrado un control exitoso de las cochinillas que propagan la enfermedad utilizando un producto biol\u00f3gico, Eradicoat, de Certis Europe. Estos se ampliar\u00e1n a\u00fan m\u00e1s a medida que sea posible apuntar con mayor precisi\u00f3n a las \u00e1reas a gestionar.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de este proyecto, el consorcio desarrollar\u00e1 una plataforma que pueda predecir con precisi\u00f3n la ubicaci\u00f3n exacta, el estado infeccioso actual, el riesgo futuro de que los \u00e1rboles de cacao se vean afectados por CSSV y los datos sobre la condici\u00f3n de la plantaci\u00f3n para mitigar el riesgo.
