AlgaEnergy NA Inc.<\/a>, la filial estadounidense de AlgaEnergy SA con sede en Espa\u00f1a y l\u00edder mundial en biotecnolog\u00eda de microalgas, y Corporaci\u00f3n Agr\u00edcola Conc\u00e9ntrica<\/a>, un desarrollador l\u00edder de insumos para cultivos microbianos y nutrientes para plantas, ha firmado un acuerdo de asociaci\u00f3n de dos vertientes.<\/p>\n

El primer acuerdo establece a AlgaEnergy como el distribuidor global exclusivo del producto microbiano de Concentric, Synergro (vendido como Inocucor Garden Solution en California) y su producto de metabolito microbiano libre de c\u00e9lulas, Synergro M2<\/sup>. El acuerdo excluye el negocio principal de Concentric en Canad\u00e1 y Estados Unidos para cultivos en hileras y \u00e1reas extensas. Synergro y Synergro M2<\/sup>\u00a0continuar\u00e1 vendi\u00e9ndose a trav\u00e9s de los canales de distribuci\u00f3n existentes de Concentric.<\/p>\n

El segundo acuerdo es una asociaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica que permite a AlgaEnergy combinar las tecnolog\u00edas microbianas patentadas de Concentric con las tecnolog\u00edas de microalgas patentadas de AlgaEnergy para crear productos biol\u00f3gicos \u00fanicos, que AlgaEnergy luego distribuir\u00e1 a los productores en sus mercados globales.
