Ha impactado en casi todos los sectores productivos, salvo algunos casos, como los relacionados con la medicina, la producci\u00f3n de productos de limpieza y las comunicaciones.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, si bien el comercio internacional de alimentos sufri\u00f3 una ca\u00edda por la ca\u00edda de la demanda y la ca\u00edda de los precios internacionales, ha sido muy inferior a la observada en la industria manufacturera, los productos energ\u00e9ticos o algunos servicios como el turismo o el internacional. transporte. La seguridad y calidad de los alimentos, as\u00ed como los aspectos relacionados con los aspectos sanitarios y medioambientales, no solo dar\u00e1n lugar a la posibilidad de acceder a los principales centros de consumo, sino que tambi\u00e9n estar\u00e1n relacionados con las caracter\u00edsticas de su comercializaci\u00f3n y el precio final de venta.<\/p>\n<p>En este escenario, los pa\u00edses del Mercosur (Tratado de Asunci\u00f3n, 1991 que involucr\u00f3 a Brasil, Argentina, Paraguay y Uruguay) juegan un papel cada vez m\u00e1s importante en la alimentaci\u00f3n, pasando de explicar el 22% de las exportaciones mundiales de granos oleaginosos en 2001 a 38% en 2019. Es all\u00ed donde los principales pa\u00edses exportadores del mundo deben cooperar con los principales consumidores e importadores, que son tambi\u00e9n quienes proporcionan insumos agr\u00edcolas y maquinaria para mantener niveles adecuados de competitividad.<\/p>\n<p>En el nuevo mundo que surgir\u00e1 despu\u00e9s de la pandemia, al menos tres cosas est\u00e1n claras:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>La producci\u00f3n y el comercio de alimentos se fortalecer\u00e1n.<\/li>\n<li>Se valorar\u00e1n cada vez m\u00e1s los aspectos sanitarios.<\/li>\n<li>Los principales exportadores del mundo seguir\u00e1n ganando terreno.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En este contexto y debido a las tentaciones nacionalistas y proteccionistas, los pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe deben incrementar los niveles de
