Por lo tanto, es esencial tener un nivel muy alto de experiencia y conocimientos tanto a nivel regional como nacional en Europa para garantizar el \u00e9xito, y ni siquiera las empresas m\u00e1s grandes intentan cubrir todos los temas y geograf\u00edas. Aqu\u00ed es donde los consultores expertos como Staphyt juegan un papel fundamental en la consecuci\u00f3n de los objetivos comerciales para todo tipo de fabricantes en este mercado.<\/p>\n<p>En Brasil, el proceso de registro de productos tambi\u00e9n es complejo, ya que es un sistema tripartito: el Ministerio de Agricultura es responsable de emitir el registro, pero las aprobaciones provienen de ANVISA (Ministerio de Salud) e IBAMA (Ministerio de Medio Ambiente). En los \u00faltimos meses de 2021 se public\u00f3 un nuevo decreto destacando algunos puntos importantes para agilizar este proceso, haci\u00e9ndolo m\u00e1s eficiente, pero manteniendo todo el rigor t\u00e9cnico para garantizar la seguridad tanto de las personas como del medio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>Otros pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica Latina a\u00fan enfrentan limitaciones por parte de las agencias locales para realizar un an\u00e1lisis m\u00e1s t\u00e9cnico de las solicitudes de registro, lo que exige m\u00e1s tiempo para la interacci\u00f3n directa entre las autoridades y los solicitantes regulatorios.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABG: \u00bfCu\u00e1les son algunas ideas sobre c\u00f3mo los formuladores pueden sortear estos bloqueos normativos?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>VF:<\/strong> Los formuladores pueden trabajar con consultores regionales experimentados y CRO, como Staphyt, que trabajan d\u00eda a d\u00eda en varios sistemas regulatorios para nuevos productos y para la defensa de productos establecidos.<\/p>\n<p>La obtenci\u00f3n del registro de un producto o sustancia requiere muchas habilidades diferentes. Adem\u00e1s de la divisi\u00f3n de campo y laboratorio en agrociencias, Staphyt ha desarrollado un s\u00f3lido departamento de asuntos regulatorios. Hoy, m\u00e1s de 90 personas en el departamento regulatorio ayudan a nuestros clientes a planificar desde el principio la mejor estrategia para cada producto y situaci\u00f3n, buscando un proceso de registro r\u00e1pido, eficiente y robusto. Nuestros equipos locales son capaces de ayudar mejor a nuestros clientes con las especificaciones de cada regi\u00f3n, implementando un seguimiento muy eficiente con las autoridades locales y brind\u00e1ndoles una visi\u00f3n clara de sus procesos de registro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABG: Tienes presencia global, con oficinas en varios pa\u00edses. \u00bfHay alg\u00fan desaf\u00edo regional que enfrente?\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>VF:<\/strong> En Staphyt, contamos con m\u00e1s de 500 personas, m\u00e1s de 80 estaciones de ensayos de campo y oficinas de asuntos regulatorios. En Europa, nuestro equipo gestiona m\u00e1s de 7.000 ensayos al a\u00f1o.
