Antes de ese nombramiento, fue vicepresidente s\u00e9nior y director global de las divisiones de alimentos y materiales de alto rendimiento para Vantage Specialty Chemicals. Tambi\u00e9n pas\u00f3 22 a\u00f1os en BASF en puestos de creciente responsabilidad, con los \u00faltimos 11 a\u00f1os de su carrera all\u00ed en varios puestos ejecutivos senior responsables de liderar el crecimiento en los mercados emergentes y en todo el mundo.
