UU. antes del registro.<\/p>\n<h2>Evaluaciones de riesgos ecol\u00f3gicos y para la salud humana de la EPA<\/h2>\n<p>Antes de esta decisi\u00f3n de registro, la EPA evalu\u00f3 si la exposici\u00f3n a estos productos causar\u00eda efectos adversos irrazonables a la salud humana y el medio ambiente, seg\u00fan lo exige la Ley Federal de Insecticidas, Fungicidas y Rodenticidas (FIFRA).<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos para la salud humana de la EPA, no existen riesgos para la salud humana derivados del uso de fluazaindolizina. Sin embargo, la evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos ecol\u00f3gicos de la EPA identific\u00f3 riesgos preocupantes para los mam\u00edferos y las abejas cerca de los sitios de uso. Estos riesgos se mitigar\u00e1n con medidas como la incorporaci\u00f3n al suelo (mezclar el pesticida en el suelo) y restricciones que limiten la deriva de la pulverizaci\u00f3n de pesticidas.<\/p>\n<h2>Evaluaci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica final de la ESA de la EPA<\/h2>\n<p>La Agencia evalu\u00f3 los efectos del registro sobre las especies incluidas y los h\u00e1bitats cr\u00edticos. La determinaci\u00f3n final de los efectos de la EPA encontr\u00f3 que es probable que la fluazaindolizina afecte negativamente (LAA) a 18 especies incluidas en la lista y tres h\u00e1bitats cr\u00edticos.<\/p>\n<p>Una determinaci\u00f3n de LAA significa que la EPA espera razonablemente que al menos un animal o planta individual, entre una variedad de especies enumeradas, pueda estar expuesto a fluazaindolizina en un nivel suficiente para tener un efecto adverso. Este es el caso incluso si una especie incluida en la lista est\u00e1 casi recuperada hasta el punto en que ya no es necesario incluirla. La probable \u201ccaptura\u201d, que incluye da\u00f1o involuntario o muerte, de incluso un individuo de una especie incluida en la lista, es suficiente para desencadenar tal determinaci\u00f3n. Como resultado, suele haber un gran n\u00famero de determinaciones de LAA.
