href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/healthcare-pharmaceuticals\/eu-countries-fail-agree-glyphosate-extension-2023-10-13\/#:~:text=BRUSSELS%2C%20Oct%2013%20(Reuters),BAYGn.DE)%20Roundup%20weedkiller.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">informa Reuters.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Se hab\u00eda requerido una \u201cmayor\u00eda calificada\u201d de 15 pa\u00edses que representaban al menos 65% de la poblaci\u00f3n del bloque para apoyar o bloquear la propuesta.<\/p>\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Europea dijo en un comunicado que no hubo mayor\u00eda cualificada en ninguno de los sentidos en una votaci\u00f3n realizada por un comit\u00e9 de los 27 miembros de la UE.<\/p>\n<p>Los gobiernos de la UE volver\u00e1n a intentarlo en la primera quincena de noviembre, cuando otra falla en producir una opini\u00f3n clara dejar\u00eda la decisi\u00f3n en manos de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea.<\/p>\n<p>Se necesita una decisi\u00f3n antes del 14 de diciembre, ya que la aprobaci\u00f3n actual expira al d\u00eda
