Aporta una gran experiencia adquirida durante su extenso mandato en Syngenta, particularmente en productos biol\u00f3gicos agr\u00edcolas. Vanelli comenz\u00f3 su carrera en consultor\u00eda de gesti\u00f3n en Accenture, especializ\u00e1ndose en reingenier\u00eda de procesos de negocio y gesti\u00f3n del cambio. Posteriormente pas\u00f3 a Syngenta, donde ocup\u00f3 varios puestos comerciales de alto nivel en Italia y en la sede.
