Pero tener productos innovadores puede ser un desaf\u00edo. El desarrollo de un nuevo producto lleva de dos a tres a\u00f1os y se necesita un equipo t\u00e9cnico s\u00f3lido. Necesita finanzas s\u00f3lidas sin ventas durante ese per\u00edodo de tiempo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fernando Groos<\/strong>: Estoy de acuerdo con Gerardo. A las empresas les va mejor cuando tienen una cartera m\u00e1s amplia porque crea un mercado m\u00e1s amplio. El mercado tambi\u00e9n cambia constantemente. Puedes quedarte sin herramientas mientras ayudas a un cliente. Con una cartera s\u00f3lida, estar\u00e1 preparado para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes, no solo de los minoristas sino tambi\u00e9n de los productores. Los productores tienen una fuerte carga al lidiar con las regulaciones locales e internacionales. Dentro de dos a\u00f1os, las carteras m\u00e1s innovadoras se centrar\u00e1n en la creaci\u00f3n de valor. La desventaja es que hemos aprendido que ser demasiado ancho puede desenfocarte. Es necesario centrarse en las necesidades del mercado para adelantarse a lo que se avecina. En ese momento hab\u00eda muy pocos productos innovadores y registros en LATAM. Si tuvieras tu cartera registrada, har\u00edas negocios. Ahora todo el mundo tiene productos para el mercado y hay mucha innovaci\u00f3n. Lo que es m\u00e1s importante es el acceso al mercado. Necesita diferentes tipos de productos que complementen otros productos de su cartera. Hay productos t\u00e9cnicos que s\u00ed necesitan soporte t\u00e9cnico. Si no lo maneja bien, puede fallar en agregar valor comercial a su empresa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Guido Azzari: \u00bfQu\u00e9 le dir\u00edas a un amigo que entra en esta industria?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Daniel Traverso:<\/strong> La velocidad del negocio es muy diferente a la de hace 25 a\u00f1os. Cuando empezamos fue piedra a piedra, un registro a la vez. Todo ha cambiado con la velocidad, las compras y las fusiones. Necesita una estrategia que se mantenga al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gerardo Su\u00e1rez Aguiar<\/strong>: Desarrollar un gran equipo. El factor humano es clave.
