Mauricio Andri\u00e3o se incorpora BRANDT<\/a> Como Vicepresidente de BRANDT International a partir del 1 de septiembre. En este puesto ampliado, Andri\u00e3o ser\u00e1 responsable de las operaciones de BRANDT fuera de EE. UU. y Canad\u00e1, y tambi\u00e9n presidir\u00e1 la reci\u00e9n formada Junta Directiva Internacional. Reportar\u00e1 al Equipo Ejecutivo de BRANDT.<\/p>\n

Andri\u00e3o asumir\u00e1 el liderazgo internacional de BRANDT de manos de Ramon Georgis, actual vicepresidente internacional. Andri\u00e3o y Georgis colaborar\u00e1n para la transici\u00f3n de responsabilidades antes de la jubilaci\u00f3n anunciada previamente por Georgis el 31 de diciembre de 2025. Actualmente, los productos de BRANDT se venden en m\u00e1s de 85 pa\u00edses y la fabricaci\u00f3n internacional de BRANDT se encuentra en Brasil, Espa\u00f1a y Sud\u00e1frica.<\/p>\n

Andri\u00e3o se incorpora a BRANDT tras casi 20 a\u00f1os en el sector de productos biol\u00f3gicos y fertilizantes especiales, principalmente en Stoller (ahora Corteva), trabajando en diferentes pa\u00edses con niveles de responsabilidad cada vez mayores. Nacido y criado en Brasil, comenz\u00f3 como representante t\u00e9cnico de ventas en Stoller do Brasil antes de ascender a gerente regional para el este y noreste de Brasil. Posteriormente, Andri\u00e3o se traslad\u00f3 a Sud\u00e1frica, donde asumi\u00f3 el cargo de gerente general de Stoller Sud\u00e1frica. Tras cuatro a\u00f1os, fue ascendido a gerente comercial y de marketing de Stoller EMEA. En su \u00faltimo puesto en Stoller, fue gerente general de Stoller Europa, trabajando desde Espa\u00f1a. Tras la adquisici\u00f3n de Stoller, fue responsable de marketing de productos biol\u00f3gicos para EMEA en Corteva Agriscience.<\/p>\n

\u201cBRANDT tiene todos los componentes para ser una empresa global decisiva: un equipo s\u00f3lido, productos \u00fanicos, relaciones s\u00f3lidas y una producci\u00f3n de primer nivel. \u201cAdem\u00e1s\u201d, agreg\u00f3 Andri\u00e3o, \u201csiento que BRANDT es una evoluci\u00f3n natural de mi \u00e9poca en Stoller, ya que Jerry Stoller comenz\u00f3 su carrera en lo que ahora es BRANDT Specialty Formulations antes de emprender su propio camino\u201d.<\/p>\n

Andri\u00e3o cuenta con un MBA Ejecutivo de Fundesem Business School (Espa\u00f1a) y una maestr\u00eda en Horticultura y Agronom\u00eda de la Universidad del Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo. Pas\u00f3 un tiempo en contacto con la cultura estadounidense como estudiante de intercambio internacional en Alaska y puso en pr\u00e1ctica su formaci\u00f3n gestionando una granja de hortalizas como joven administrador.<\/p>\n
