Este m\u00e9todo es el primero certificado seg\u00fan la norma ISO 17025 que utiliza tecnolog\u00eda automatizada de conteo de part\u00edculas para la cuantificaci\u00f3n de esporas viables.<\/p>\n<p>Este logro se produce tras la reciente ampliaci\u00f3n de la acreditaci\u00f3n anunciada en julio de 2025, donde la Entidad Nacional de Acreditaci\u00f3n (ENAC) reconoci\u00f3 al Departamento de Servicios Anal\u00edticos (DSA) de Futureco Bioscience por dos procedimientos anal\u00edticos avanzados. El anuncio de hoy destaca la innovaci\u00f3n microbiol\u00f3gica que ha impulsado dicha ampliaci\u00f3n, con NOFLY a la cabeza.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsto no es solo una validaci\u00f3n interna. Es un protocolo certificado y acreditado por la ISO para toda la industria de insumos de control biol\u00f3gico\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Bel\u00e9n L\u00f3pez Garc\u00eda, Directora de Servicios Anal\u00edticos. \u201cEstamos estableciendo un nuevo referente en la medici\u00f3n, validaci\u00f3n y confianza de biopesticidas como NOFLY por parte de reguladores, distribuidores y agricultores\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2>De las placas de Petri a la microscop\u00eda fluorescente: revolucionando la cuantificaci\u00f3n de esporas viables<\/h2>\n<p>NOFLY es ampliamente reconocido por su eficacia contra moscas blancas, trips, pulgones y otras plagas importantes de insectos. Hasta ahora, su control de calidad microbiol\u00f3gica requer\u00eda el recuento manual de unidades formadoras de colonias (UFC) en placas de agar, un proceso que tardaba de 2 a 3 d\u00edas y requer\u00eda una gran variabilidad y mano de obra.<\/p>\n<p>El nuevo m\u00e9todo con certificaci\u00f3n ISO utiliza el contador de part\u00edculas automatizado LUNA FX-7 y una tinci\u00f3n de viabilidad fluorescente para detectar y cuantificar esporas vivas en cuesti\u00f3n de minutos, proporcionando resultados consistentes y reproducibles en productos formulados y de grado t\u00e9cnico.<\/p>\n<p>Desarrollado por un equipo experto de investigadores y t\u00e9cnicos de las Unidades de Biolog\u00eda Molecular y Microbiolog\u00eda del Departamento de I+D de Futureco Bioscience, el m\u00e9todo refleja tanto rigor cient\u00edfico como experiencia pr\u00e1ctica. \u00abAporta velocidad, precisi\u00f3n y trazabilidad a un proceso que tradicionalmente era lento y propenso a la subestimaci\u00f3n\u00bb, explic\u00f3 Juan Bautista Gonz\u00e1lez L\u00f3pez, cient\u00edfico principal del desarrollo. \u00abAl combinar la imagen de fluorescencia con una validaci\u00f3n rigurosa utilizando materiales de referencia certificados, hemos establecido un procedimiento de referencia\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2>Precisi\u00f3n, repetibilidad y confiabilidad respaldadas por datos<\/h2>\n<p>El m\u00e9todo se valid\u00f3 durante dos a\u00f1os utilizando lotes comerciales de NOFLY y su ingrediente activo de grado t\u00e9cnico. Se compar\u00f3 con materiales de referencia certificados, mostrando una alta precisi\u00f3n (tasa de recuperaci\u00f3n de 103%).<\/p>\n<p>Baja desviaci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar y excelente reproducibilidad, incluso con diferentes operadores y d\u00edas.
