Brandt, a leading agriculture retailer and manufacturer of specialty ag products, promoted two rising stars to its senior leadership team in its Specialty Formulations division.
Brian Haschemeyer has been promoted to Director of Discovery & Innovation. This role grants Haschemeyer critical division-wide responsibilities, overseeing all agronomic support, product development and laboratory services.
John Guglielmi has been promoted to National Sales Director, covering Ag, turf & ornamental, adjuvants and aquatics products. Guglielmi will lead a deep, experienced salesforce of 32 professionals, covering 49 states.
In announcing the decisions, Bill Engel, Executive Vice President, called out the experience and expertise that Haschemeyer and Guglielmi bring to the BRANDT team.
“I am extremely proud to make this announcement,” said Engel, leader of the BRANDT Specialty Formulations group. “Both Brian and John are top-notch individuals and true leaders. They share the values that make BRANDT special and they will continue to lead us into the future.”
Haschemeyer, 40, has been with BRANDT for ten years, most recently as Manager of Chemistry and Laboratory Services on the Discovery & Innovation team, working on a wide range of products to improve plant health. A native of Central Illinois, Haschemeyer has a BS in Chemistry from Western Illinois University.
