ACETO Corporation, an international company engaged in the marketing, sale and distribution of human health products, pharmaceutical ingredients and performance chemicals, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.06 per common share. This quarterly cash dividend will be distributed on March 25, 2016 to shareholders of record as of March 11, 2016.
