Hextar specializes in manufacturing, formulating, and distributing agricultural chemicals such as pesticides, plant growth regulators, fertilizers, specialty chemicals, and other industrial related chemicals. Besides catering to the needs of the agricultural community, Hextar also ventures into vector pest sector with the introduction of public health products.
The Group also has a team of highly qualified and experienced agronomists committed to develop new products that are strictly evaluated for its effectiveness, dosage, and application techniques before submitting for registration with the relevant authorities not only in Malaysia but in all countries of distribution.
With over 300 products in Malaysia, the Group has been exporting to more than 20 countries around the world. The focus is placed not only on quality but also acting responsibly toward the people and the environment. As such, the company provides technical advisory services to educate end-users on the correct use and safe application.
In response to increase demand from global markets, Hextar has successfully engaged in strategic alliances with the government and also local and international companies. Apart from Malaysia, Hextar is also operating in Indonesia, Pakistan, China, India, and Australia. This is in line with the Groups’ aims of becoming a one-stop agrochemicals solution in the region.
