As tend\u00eancias mostram que os consumidores franceses desejam produtos aliment\u00edcios que ofere\u00e7am melhor sabor, maiores benef\u00edcios \u00e0 sa\u00fade e mais praticidade.<\/p>\n<p>Entre as tend\u00eancias observadas pelo USDA-FAS est\u00e1 o aumento da preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com a seguran\u00e7a alimentar, que tem gerado preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es dos consumidores em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a quest\u00f5es de saneamento e seguran\u00e7a. Por sua vez, essas preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es levaram a uma maior demanda por produtos aliment\u00edcios &quot;naturais&quot; e &quot;org\u00e2nicos&quot;, incluindo sucos de frutas, alimentos diet\u00e9ticos frescos e processados, produtos org\u00e2nicos, peixes e frutos do mar, alimentos \u00e9tnicos e suplementos alimentares.<\/p>\n<p>Devido \u00e0s preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es da popula\u00e7\u00e3o com a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, muitas iniciativas moldaram a ind\u00fastria aliment\u00edcia do pa\u00eds, aumentando a demanda por alimentos org\u00e2nicos e outros alimentos com valor agregado.<\/p>\n<p>Embora muitos consumidores e distribuidores estejam receptivos a novos desenvolvimentos em produtos aliment\u00edcios, eles desejam mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o conte\u00fado e os processos de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtos.
