Os primeiros testes j\u00e1 demonstram resultados not\u00e1veis em precis\u00e3o de pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o significativa na deriva pelo vento de at\u00e9 57% e uma diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de at\u00e9 63% na quantidade de gotas mais finas durante a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de herbicidas.<\/p>\n<p>A iniciativa, em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com a equipe de pesquisa TIMR (Transforma\u00e7\u00e3o Integrada de Mat\u00e9ria Renov\u00e1vel) da UTC e financiada pela Regi\u00e3o de Hauts-de-France, teve in\u00edcio em janeiro de 2024 e se encerrar\u00e1 em julho de 2026, e visa promover aplica\u00e7\u00f5es mais direcionadas e eficazes para reduzir o consumo de \u00e1gua, evitar a deriva e minimizar o impacto ambiental na agricultura, com testes de campo na Fran\u00e7a e no Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>Os drones agr\u00edcolas j\u00e1 est\u00e3o proporcionando benef\u00edcios ambientais mensur\u00e1veis. De acordo com o mais recente Relat\u00f3rio de An\u00e1lise da Ind\u00fastria Agr\u00edcola da DJI, a frota global de 400.000 unidades ajudou a economizar 222 milh\u00f5es de toneladas de \u00e1gua e a reduzir 30,87 milh\u00f5es de toneladas de emiss\u00f5es de CO\u2082. \u00c0 medida que o uso de drones na agricultura continua a crescer, compreender como funciona a pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o de ultrabaixo volume e como os adjuvantes podem melhorar sua efici\u00eancia e sustentabilidade torna-se cada vez mais importante para os agricultores que se adaptam \u00e0s press\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas e regulat\u00f3rias.<\/p>\n<h2>UM FUTURO COM MENOS CONSUMO DE \u00c1GUA E MENOS PESTICIDAS<\/h2>\n<p>A inova\u00e7\u00e3o em pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o com drones se conecta com a Rovensa Next.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rovensanext.com\/en\/sustainability\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> prioridades de sustentabilidade<\/a>, que se concentram em melhorar a efici\u00eancia dos recursos, mantendo o desempenho da fazenda.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste projeto \u00e9 uma excelente oportunidade para continuarmos a impulsionar a inova\u00e7\u00e3o em duas \u00e1reas que s\u00e3o realmente importantes para n\u00f3s na Rovensa Next: usar menos \u00e1gua e reduzir a quantidade de produto necess\u00e1ria para os agricultores em suas lavouras. Queremos ver como esses adjuvantes de \u00faltima gera\u00e7\u00e3o se comportam, como se espalham e cobrem a folha, para que os produtores possam minimizar o uso de \u00e1gua e insumos, mantendo o desempenho. Em alguns casos, at\u00e9 mesmo melhorando-o\u201d, afirma C\u00e9dric Ernenwein, Gerente Global de Design de Produto de P&amp;D da Rovensa Next.<\/p>\n<p>Os par\u00e2metros de pesquisa incluem volume de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, tamanho das gotas, cobertura e dispers\u00e3o, para ajudar a compreender a efici\u00eancia de diferentes ingredientes ativos quando pulverizados por drones. Com esta pesquisa, a Rovensa Next visa otimizar o uso de insumos agr\u00edcolas, reduzindo a depend\u00eancia de fertilizantes e pesticidas qu\u00edmicos e promovendo solu\u00e7\u00f5es ecol\u00f3gicas com menor impacto ambiental. Esses produtos apoiam a agricultura integrada e regenerativa, permitindo uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o mais eficiente e minimizando o escoamento superficial.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJ\u00e1 estamos observando progressos mensur\u00e1veis na economia de \u00e1gua e na redu\u00e7\u00e3o da depend\u00eancia de insumos qu\u00edmicos convencionais por meio de estrat\u00e9gias integradas de cultivo testadas em condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais de agricultura, o que foi um foco fundamental em nosso projeto.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agribusinessglobal.com\/pt\/plant-health\/biostimulants\/rovensa-next-launches-biosolutionize-agriculture-campaign-to-showcase-biosolutions-in-global-agriculture\/\">Biosolucionar a Agricultura<\/a> \u201dA campanha\u201c, continua Ernenwein. \u201dAs aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o por drones est\u00e3o se mostrando cruciais para atingir esse objetivo.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>DO LABORAT\u00d3RIO AO CAMPO: RESULTADOS INICIAIS EM DIFERENTES REGI\u00d5ES<\/h2>\n<p>O projeto FAUVE progrediu atrav\u00e9s de diversas fases de pesquisa, combinando an\u00e1lises laboratoriais, testes controlados e ensaios de campo iniciais em diferentes culturas e ambientes regulat\u00f3rios.<\/p>\n<p>Na Fran\u00e7a, os testes est\u00e3o focados em viabilizar o uso autorizado de drones para o controle biol\u00f3gico e a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de subst\u00e2ncias de baixo risco, principalmente em vinhedos e planta\u00e7\u00f5es de banana. Os primeiros resultados apontam para melhorias na estabilidade e na cobertura da pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o quando os adjuvantes s\u00e3o aplicados em volumes ultrabaixos, mesmo com formula\u00e7\u00f5es de alta concentra\u00e7\u00e3o, como cobre ou enxofre.<\/p>\n<p>No Brasil, os ensaios se concentram em culturas de grande escala, como soja e milho. As atividades de pesquisa incluem aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de fungicidas, inseticidas e herbicidas, com forte \u00eanfase na compreens\u00e3o do comportamento das gotas e na minimiza\u00e7\u00e3o da deriva. Ensaios em t\u00fanel de vento t\u00eam sido utilizados para simular condi\u00e7\u00f5es de fluxo de ar controlado, permitindo que os pesquisadores avaliem o desempenho da redu\u00e7\u00e3o da deriva sob diferentes par\u00e2metros, como tipo de bico, press\u00e3o e formula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Um primeiro prot\u00f3tipo demonstrou uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de got\u00edculas mais finas pela formula\u00e7\u00e3o do herbicida SL, variando de 35% a 63%, dependendo do bico e da press\u00e3o; uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o na deriva pelo vento, de 40% a 57%; e, simultaneamente, uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 2,5 vezes na espuma produzida durante a mistura em alta velocidade. Esses estudos levaram \u00e0 identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de formula\u00e7\u00f5es adjuvantes promissoras com desempenho de pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o aprimorado.<\/p>\n<p>A pr\u00f3xima fase do projeto se concentrar\u00e1 em ensaios de campo para quantificar os benef\u00edcios em termos de deposi\u00e7\u00e3o, cobertura e efic\u00e1cia, juntamente com testes cont\u00ednuos de compatibilidade entre diferentes produtos fitossanit\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p>No caso da Rovensa Next, a empresa desenvolveu uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o para o mercado brasileiro \u00e0 base de derivados de petr\u00f3leo que atua como antiespumante, antideriva, espalhante e auxiliar de penetra\u00e7\u00e3o, com o objetivo de expandi-la globalmente para outros mercados. Este novo desenvolvimento, que apresentou resultados positivos em escala laboratorial, est\u00e1 sendo testado em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de campo e em breve ser\u00e1 incorporado ao amplo portf\u00f3lio de adjuvantes da empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Um dos aspectos mais inovadores da pesquisa \u00e9 o foco em solventes eut\u00e9ticos profundos naturais (NADES), que s\u00e3o misturas l\u00edquidas naturais e biodegrad\u00e1veis feitas a partir de ingredientes vegetais. O projeto estuda, pela primeira vez, como os adjuvantes \u00e0 base de NADES se comportam quando aplicados por drones em volumes muito baixos, incluindo se mant\u00eam a uniformidade da pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o, como interagem com as superf\u00edcies das plantas e como podem reduzir a deriva para \u00e1reas n\u00e3o-alvo.
