Elas ampliaram seus servi\u00e7os e expandiram suas capacidades de produ\u00e7\u00e3o para acompanhar as tend\u00eancias que favorecem a sustentabilidade, a inova\u00e7\u00e3o e a diversidade da cadeia de suprimentos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA \u00cdndia est\u00e1 em transi\u00e7\u00e3o da fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de formula\u00e7\u00f5es agroqu\u00edmicas gen\u00e9ricas para o investimento em P&amp;D para formula\u00e7\u00f5es novas e patenteadas\u201d, diz Abhijit Bose, presidente executivo\/diretor de opera\u00e7\u00f5es da Tagros Chemicals.<\/p>\n<p>Rajesh Kumar Agarwal, diretor administrativo da Krishi Rasayan Exports, concorda que a \u00cdndia n\u00e3o se resume apenas a gen\u00e9ricos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEu diria que o setor agroqu\u00edmico indiano n\u00e3o se resume mais apenas ao fornecimento de produtos \u2014 trata-se de moldar o futuro da agricultura\u201d, afirma Agarwal. \u201cO pa\u00eds est\u00e1 na encruzilhada de tr\u00eas for\u00e7as poderosas: seguran\u00e7a alimentar, sustentabilidade e ado\u00e7\u00e3o de tecnologia. Os agricultores est\u00e3o cada vez mais orientados por dados, os formuladores de pol\u00edticas est\u00e3o pressionando por solu\u00e7\u00f5es mais ecol\u00f3gicas e as cadeias de suprimentos globais est\u00e3o de olho na \u00cdndia para colher as crescentes oportunidades de neg\u00f3cios.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>O que mudou?<\/h2>\n<p>Com v\u00e1rios motivadores e detratores ao longo dos anos, a grande disrup\u00e7\u00e3o que ningu\u00e9m esperava em 2025 veio por meio das tarifas dos EUA.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUm grande problema que afeta a ind\u00fastria agroqu\u00edmica indiana \u00e9 a tarifa 50% imposta pelo presidente dos EUA, Donald Trump, que ter\u00e1 impacto significativo nas exporta\u00e7\u00f5es de agroqu\u00edmicos indianos\u201d, diz Pradip Dave, presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Fabricantes e Formuladores de Pesticidas da \u00cdndia (PMFAI) e presidente da AIMCO Pesticides Ltd., \u201cj\u00e1 que os EUA s\u00e3o um dos maiores destinos de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o de agroqu\u00edmicos para empresas agroqu\u00edmicas indianas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, devido \u00e0s empresas indianas expandirem seus servi\u00e7os, aumentarem a prote\u00e7\u00e3o da propriedade intelectual (PI) e adicionarem novas tecnologias, as empresas indianas est\u00e3o se envolvendo com neg\u00f3cios fora dos EUA.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs empresas japonesas est\u00e3o demonstrando grande interesse em fabricar na \u00cdndia e t\u00eam parcerias de longo prazo, o que reflete claramente a confian\u00e7a nas capacidades dos fornecedores indianos\u201d, afirma Shalabh Jain, CEO da Hemani Industries, Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o por contrato e as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de pesquisa contratada (CROs) est\u00e3o se tornando muito importantes para esses parceiros\u201d, diz Jain. \u201cAs empresas indianas respondem rapidamente, desde a concep\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Outro fator de crescimento s\u00e3o os incentivos do programa \u201cMake in India\u201d, que apoiam a produ\u00e7\u00e3o local para que ela se torne mais autossuficiente.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA \u00cdndia est\u00e1 impulsionando a produ\u00e7\u00e3o nacional de componentes t\u00e9cnicos e seus intermedi\u00e1rios\u201d, afirma Agarwal. \u201cIsso est\u00e1 reduzindo a depend\u00eancia de importa\u00e7\u00f5es e criando uma base local de fornecedores mais s\u00f3lida. Agarwal incentiva as empresas a contar com um especialista local para ajudar a criar uma estrat\u00e9gia s\u00f3lida para acessar o mercado indiano.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEntenda o roteiro regulat\u00f3rio\u201d, diz Agarwal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEntre em contato com o CIB&amp;RC (Conselho Central de Inseticidas e Comit\u00ea de Registro) o quanto antes e acompanhe as pr\u00f3ximas diretrizes sobre biopesticidas, seguran\u00e7a e embalagem\u201d, diz Agarwal.<\/p>\n<p>Bose tamb\u00e9m enfatiza a import\u00e2ncia de estar ciente dos limites de res\u00edduos estabelecidos no r\u00f3tulo e internacionais.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAdapte os r\u00f3tulos agora para atender aos requisitos bil\u00edngues e de c\u00f3digo QR\u201d, diz Bose. \u201cAcompanhe as aprova\u00e7\u00f5es do CIB&amp;RC e alinhe rapidamente as cadeias de suprimentos assim que os LMR forem notificados. Monitore continuamente os principais destinos de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o (como a UE) para verificar as mudan\u00e7as nos LMR.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m das estrat\u00e9gias regulat\u00f3rias, \u00e9 importante aproveitar os incentivos comerciais do Governo da \u00cdndia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias das associa\u00e7\u00f5es industriais para 2025\u201326 incluem uma dedu\u00e7\u00e3o ponderada de 200% para P&amp;D, um imposto alfandeg\u00e1rio uniforme de 10% (em vez de poss\u00edveis aumentos para 30%) e uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (GST) de 18% para 12% para promover a acessibilidade e a inova\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, afirma Bose. \u201cAl\u00e9m disso, as empresas devem estar cientes dos Incentivos Vinculados \u00e0 Produ\u00e7\u00e3o (PLI), que, no \u00e2mbito do programa \u201cMake in India\u201d, foram criados pelo governo para estimular a produ\u00e7\u00e3o local.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>Cinco dicas r\u00e1pidas de Agarwal para bons neg\u00f3cios<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1. Portf\u00f3lios personalizados:<\/strong> Com a mudan\u00e7a nos padr\u00f5es de cultivo, as altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas e os incentivos do governo indiano para que os agricultores migrem para culturas comerciais, como frutas e hortali\u00e7as, Agarwal afirma: \u201cOs distribuidores devem adaptar seus portf\u00f3lios de produtos para atender \u00e0s necessidades espec\u00edficas de cada cultura e regi\u00e3o, em vez de dependerem apenas de produtos de amplo espectro\u201d. Engajamento do agricultor:<\/strong> Empresas que investem na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de agricultores e no suporte p\u00f3s-venda tendem a conquistar fidelidade a longo prazo e prefer\u00eancia pela marca.<\/p>\n<h2>Oportunidades: Gen\u00e9ricos e Al\u00e9m<\/h2>\n<p>Enquanto a \u00cdndia cresce em diversidade de servi\u00e7os e mercados em expans\u00e3o, ainda \u00e9 poss\u00edvel contar com ela na fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de gen\u00e9ricos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsperava-se que cerca de $4,2 bilh\u00f5es em produtos perdessem suas patentes por volta de 2023, abrindo caminho para a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de cerca de 26 ingredientes ativos como mol\u00e9culas gen\u00e9ricas\u201d, afirma Bose. \u201cCerca de 75% de ingredientes ativos em todo o mundo est\u00e3o agora sem patentes, ajudando os produtores indianos a exportar gen\u00e9ricos acess\u00edveis e a construir pipelines competitivos.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>E al\u00e9m dos ingredientes ativos gen\u00e9ricos, existem os produtos biol\u00f3gicos.
